TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment is required at
the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Reservations may be made through our official website or authorized booking platforms.
Guests agree to provide accurate information when making reservations.
2. CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT
Check-in time: 3:00 PM
Checkout time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and prior approval by
management. Additional charges may apply.
Guests will receive access instructions and entry codes before their scheduled arrival.
3. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation and refund eligibility are determined by the cancellation policy displayed at
the time of booking.
Guests booking through third-party platforms, including Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo,
are subject to the applicable cancellation terms of their confirmed reservation.
4. OCCUPANCY AND VISITORS
Only registered guests are permitted to occupy the apartment overnight.
The maximum occupancy stated in the reservation must not be exceeded without prior
authorization.
Visitors must comply with property rules and any applicable visitor restrictions.
5. SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply for violations.
6. PET POLICY
Pets are not allowed.
7. NOISE AND GUEST CONDUCT
Guests are expected to maintain a peaceful environment and respect the comfort and
privacy of others.
Parties, unauthorized events, excessive noise, and disruptive behavior are prohibited.
8. SWIMMING POOL SAFETY
Use of the swimming pool is at the guest's own risk, subject to applicable law.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times in and around the
swimming pool.
Running, diving in prohibited areas, rough play, and unsafe behavior are not permitted.
Guests must follow all posted pool safety instructions and operating hours.
9. PROPERTY CARE AND DAMAGES
Guests are responsible for treating the apartment, furnishings, appliances, and common
areas with reasonable care.
Damage beyond normal wear and tear, missing items, or excessive cleaning requirements
may result in additional charges where permitted by law and applicable booking terms.
10. CLEANLINESS AND HOUSEKEEPING
Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness during their stay.
Additional housekeeping services may be available upon request and may incur
additional charges.
11. SECURITY AND ACCESS
Guests will receive access instructions and security codes for authorized entry.
Access codes must not be shared with unauthorized individuals.
Guests must ensure apartment doors are properly secured when leaving.
12. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Guests are encouraged to secure valuables and personal belongings.
Coastal Oasis is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage except where liability cannot
legally be excluded.
13. FACILITIES AND AMENITIES
Guests may enjoy designated property amenities, including the rooftop infinity pool and
fitness center, subject to posted operating hours, safety requirements, and availability.
Management may temporarily restrict access to facilities for maintenance, safety, or
operational reasons.
14. VIOLATIONS OF PROPERTY RULES
Serious or repeated violations of property rules may result in additional charges,
restrictions, or termination of accommodation where permitted by applicable law and
booking terms.
